Refund Policy
​In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (Purchase Price). Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Strip (Payment Gateway Provider). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers. Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Bib and Alma, you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Bib and Alma may record your purchase details for future use. Bib and Alma may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. All refund requests must be made in writing to within the specified day period. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the Products have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact. Where a refund request is approved, Bib and Alma will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned Products. If the original payment method is unavailable,n may, at their discretion, issue store credit or an alternative refund method. Where a refund request is refused, Bib and Alma will provide written reasons within 14 business days and you may dispute the decision by providing additional evidence or documentation within 14 days of receiving the refusal notice. You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of purchase without providing any reason, provided the Products remain unopened and in original condition. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Bib and Alma, and upon valid cancellation, Bib and Alma will refund the Purchase Price within 5 business days, with you responsible for return shipping costs. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your entitlement to a refund, repair or replacement for major failures or faulty Products regardless of the 30 day return period specified in clause 5.d. Where you exercise your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for a major failure, Bib and Alma will provide a remedy within 14 business days of receiving notice, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at your choice, Bib and Alma bearing all associated shipping and handling costs. For the purposes of this clause, 'business days' means days other than Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in the state or territory where Bib and Alma principal place of business is located, and all timeframes specified in this clause will be calculated accordingly. All timeframes specified in this clause commence from the date Eleanor-Rose Eggleston receives written notice, documentation, or returned Products (as applicable), and where any timeframe expires on a day that is not a business day, the timeframe will be extended to the next business day.
